Nissan Rogue Recalled for Fuel Pump Issue

Nissan North America is recalling its Rogue vehicles with a manufactured date 6/11/2013 to 6/7/2014. The reason for the recall is possible fuel pump failure from improper nickel plating of some of the components inside the fuel pumps which could cause the fuel pumps to fail and could cause the vehicles to stall without warning, increasing the risk of a crash. Nissan will contact the vehicle owners and replace the fuel pumps in question at no cost to the owners.
