Chrysler recalling 25,500 SUV's
Dodge Durango and Jeep Grand Cherokee SUV's 2012 and 2013 model years are being recalled by Chrysler for an issue with braking. The braking issue is with a part that accommodates the Ready Alert Braking safety system that primes brakes for maximum response in sudden braking situations. The is no braking loss the recall is because the brake pedal feel did not meet customer's expectations. The recall covers 25,250 SUV's globally with 18,700 in the United States, 530 in Mexico, 830 in Canada and another 5,200 outside of North America.

Chrysler will notify customers to schedule the repair service and Chrysler will cover the cost.
